Day 330

Weight: 11 st 12.4 lbs
Weight gain: 1.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.2 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 34.6 lbs in 329 days

Breakfast: 1 apple; handful of raisins; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: philly and coleslaw baguette; more raisins; mug of tea

Dinner: fried egg butty; greek yoghurt and honey; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: Did eat an awful lot yesterday - not a very diety day today either, but ate less at least.
