Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Snack: 1 pack of baked crisps; 2 mugs of hot chocolate
Dinner: salmon and prawn risotto; glass of cider
Verdict: Not too upset with that gain all told - not the best of days today either though.
