Day 310

Weight: 11 st 11 lbs
Weight loss: 1.8 lbs

Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: pack of ready salted crisps; cold chicken; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; pimms and lemonade

Verdict: Well glad to see some of it coming back off again - had a good enough day today, so hopefully there is more to be lost tomorrow.
