Lunch: cheese roll; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash; 2 mugs of hot chocolate
Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; apple and cheese; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Beginning to recover some of the weight gain anyway - finished off a couple of bready things, but otherwise time now to get on with some serious dieting again. Planning a Dukan week ahead . . .
