Lunch: mash and roast potatoes; veg; yorkshire puddings; beef stew; rhubarb sponge and custard; large glass of wine
Dinner: toasted bagel, philly and coleslaw; handful of raisin; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Could have been worse . . . ate far too much for dinner today, but did do a lot of walking afterwards!
