Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 2 handfuls of raisins; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt
Snack: pack of cheese and onion crisps; 3 pints of cider
Dinner: 3 popadoms; chicken curry; mushroom pilau rice; peshwari naan; half a bottle of wine
Verdict: Well I was expecting it - and my 'good' day went a bit awry with a trip to the pub / curry house so won't see a 'recovery' tomorrow.
