Snack: 2 handfuls of raisins 1 pack of baked crisps; mug of hot chocolate; 1 pack of cheese and onion crisps; 1.5 pints of cider
Dinner: chana bhaji; saag paneer; pilau rice; 3 glasses of wine
Verdict: Was pleased with the weight-loss but did then follow it up with a curry . . .
