Weight: 11 st 11.2 lbs
Weight gain: 1.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 35.8 lbs in 326 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; handful of cranberry wheats; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: tuna mayonnaise baguette; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: salmon scrambled egg; bagels and philadelphia; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Well I suppose I shouldn't be surprised - not the bestest of days today either.
