Day 322

Weight: 11 st 9.6 lbs
Weight loss: 1.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.6 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 37.4 lbs in 321 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; handful of cranberry wheats; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: bread and philadelphia; custard slice; 1 apple; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: bread, ryvitas and philadelphia; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Pleased with today's weight-loss - but have had a very carbohydratey day . . .
