Weight: 11 st 11.8 lbs
Weight gain: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1 lb in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 35.2 lbs in 313 days

Breakfast: 2 slices of bara brith; mug of tea

Lunch: 1/2 baguette with chicken and philadelphia; iced cream bun

Snack: 1 apple; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; oat-bran galette; glass or 2 of wine

Verdict: Not too unhappy with that all told - not the best of days today either though . . .
