Lunch: 8 seafood sticks; 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Snack: 2 handfuls of raisins; 2 mugs of hot chocolate
Dinner: far too much chinese take-away; swiss roll; 2 large glasses of wine; glass of squash
Verdict: Only a minor gain - not unusual after beefburgers - but transgressed in a fairly major way with dinner so expecting a major gain tomorrow.
