Lunch: handful or 2 of raisins; 1 hot cross bun; 1 apple; mug of hot chocolate

Snack: cheese and onion crisps; 2.5 pints of cider
Dinner: vegetably curries (various side dishes); mushroom pilau rice; garlic / plain naan; far more red wine that was good for me
Verdict: Well I suppose today was weight loss of a sort; but then followed it up with a mega night out so tomorrow will not be good.
