Lunch: pack of cheese and onion crisps; 1 cherry vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; glass of squash
Verdict: Well I suppose I shouldn't be surprised - did have a reasonable day today (except for the crisps), plus walked in to work. Hopefully some of it at least will come off again tomorrow.
