Lunch: 3 biscuits; 1 apple danish pastry; 1 mug of tea
Dinner: salmon omelette; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Pleased with that - had another reasonably good day today as well (barring lunch that is!)
