Day 289

Weight: 11 st 8.8 lbs
Weight loss: 2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 38.2 lbs in 288 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of cranberry wheats; cup of tea

Lunch: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of cranberry wheats; glass of orange juice

Dinner: prawn, cabbage and mushroom stir-fry; roast carrots; rhubarb and greek yoghurt; glass of squash

Verdict: Well it's coming back off again anyway!  Hoping for some further weight loss tomorrow.  I'm sure I've said that before . . .
