Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of cranberry wheats
Lunch: egg baguette; 1 cup of tea
Dinner: honey roast salmon and pea omelette galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Pleased with that - hoping for a little bit more tomorrow to end the week on a high (well to recover something of last week's gain!)
