Day 293

Weight: 11 st 8.4 lbs
Weight gain: 1.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.4 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 38.6 lbs in 292 days

Breakfast: 1 hot cross bun; 1 apple; mug of tea

Lunch: baked potato, cheese and beans; mug of hot chocolate; slice of bara brith; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: 3 bread rolls; 2 sausages; chicken; beef burger; roast potatoes; garlic bread; salad; glass or 2 of wine

Verdict: First BBQ of the year - not good for diets!
