Breakfast: 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: chickpea pilaf rice; mug of tea

Snack: mini cheddars; diet coke

Dinner: fish, chips and mushy peas; 1 cherry vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; glass of wine

Verdict:  Darn it - bad day today.
