Breakfast: 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of fruit wheats; mug of tea
Snack: slice of bara brith; mug of tea
Lunch: 1 bread roll; philadelphia; salmon 'quiche'; salad; fruit juice and lemonade
Dinner: lasagne; roast / baked potatoes; garlic bread; stewed rhubarb and ice cream; glass of cider; glass of wine
Verdict: Not unexpected, slightly better day today except stuffed myself this evening - family go home tomorrow though so eating habits will return to closer to normal . . .
