Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt and cranberry wheats

Lunch: 1 slice of toast and vegemite; 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel and philadelphia; 1 apple; 1 mug of hot chocolate

Snack: 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel and philadelphia; 1 mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: prawn and vegetable galette omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash

Verdict: Well I suppose it's a step in the right direction.
