Breakfast: 1 bowl of oat crunch cereal; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 1 slice of toast and philadelphia; 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel and philadelphia; 1 mug of tea

Dinner: homemade beefburgers; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash

Verdict: Hope this continues : )
