Day 287

Weight: 11 st 8 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.4 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 39 lbs in 286 days

Brunch: 3 slices of bread; bacon, egg and baked beans; mug of sweet tea

Snack: chocolate bar; mug of sweet tea

Dinner: 5 slices of bread, philadelphia and jam; glass of squash

Verdict: Not unexpected - rather hungover today so didn't really follow the diet, but didn't eat that much either.
