Day 281

Weight: 11 st 8.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 3.2 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 38.6 lbs in 280 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of cranberry wheats; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 2 mugs of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash

Verdict:  Well better than nothing, made back last week's loss anyway.
