Day 292

Weight: 11 st 7 lbs
Weight gain: 1.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 3.8 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 40 lbs in 291 days

Breakfast: 1 hot cross bun; mug of tea

Lunch: 2 bread rolls, cheese, philadelphia; slice of bara brith; mug of tea

Dinner: chicken kung-po and noodles; rhubarb and strawberry custard; glass of squash; glass of cider; glass or 2 of wine

Snack: 1 hot cross bun

Verdict: Shouldn't eat chips late at night - visitors now - far too much bread in the house!
