Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 2 golden crunch biscuits; 1 cup of tea
Lunch: 3 slices of bread; cheese and pickle; egg mayonnaise; cream cheese; crisps; fruit; glass of orange juice
Dinner: carrots and houmous; 2 golden crunch biscuits; 1.5 packets of crisps; half a bagel and philadelphia; diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: Pleased with that; wasn't a very diet friendly day but didn't eat too much, and did manage a few steps, so hopefully can maintain and maybe even lose a bit more tomorrow.
