Day 273

Weight: 11 st 11.2 lbs
Weight gain: 2.8 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2.4 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 35.8 lbs in 272 days

Breakfast: 2 slices of bara brith; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: Chinese take-away; rhubarb and almond sponge and cream; 1 mug of tea; 1 mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: oat crunch cereal and greek yoghurt; glass of squash; 1 glass of wine

Verdict:Not good, and tomorrow isn't likely to see a recovery either.
