Weight: 11 st 10.8 lbs

Breakfast: 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of fruit wheats; mug of tea

Lunch: ryvita crackers; philadelphia; 1 apple; glass of squash; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: 2 veggie burgers and bread rolls; stewed rhubarb and ice cream; J2O and lemonade; glass of wine

Verdict: Ho hum.
