Day 286

Weight: 11 st 7.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1 lb in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 39.6 lbs in 285 days

Breakfast: 1 slice of bara brith; mug of tea

Lunch: 8 seafood sticks; 1 orange mullerlight yoghurt; mug of hot chocolate

Snack: 1/2 bag of chips

Dinner: 2 poppadoms; saag paneer; chana bhaji; pilau rice; plain naan; 2 pints of cider; far too much red wine

Verdict: Back to where I was on Monday, but then there was curry and more alcohol than was good for me . . .
