Breakfast: 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of cranberry wheats; cup of tea
Lunch: 1 packet of cheese and onion crisps; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt
Snack: 1 hot cross bun; 1 apple; 1 chocolate; glass of squash
Dinner: portion of chips; glass of squash; 1/2 hot cross bun; glass of wine
Verdict: Still pleased with that - not such a good day today though, but I did do some spin cycling . . .
