Day 180

Weight: 11 st 11.6 lbs
Weight gain: 1.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 4.6 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 35.4 lbs in 179 days

Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: christmas cake; mug of tea

Dinner: cheese and onion crisps; 4 pints cider; onion bhajis; chicken passanda; mushroom pilau rice and plain naan; half a bottle of wine

Verdict: Oops - this week really isn't going well - and then there was curry . . .
