Day 176

Weight: 11 st 7 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.4 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 40 lbs in 175 days

Breakfast: 2 mince pies; 1 clementine; mug of tea

Snack: mince pie; hot chocolate

Lunch: salmon quiche, salad; bread roll, cheese; christmas pudding and cream; mug of tea

Dinner: beef casserole; cheese and leek mash; broccoli and cauliflower cheese; chocolate cherry cookie cake; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict:  Gradually working our way through the Christmas goodies - beginning to look forward to being back on the diet!
