Lunch: smoked haddock rissotto and poached egg; black forest cherry pudding and cream; glass of red wine; cup of tea; hot chocolate and cherry liqueur
Dinner: bowl of raisin wheats; 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; rum and diet coke; small glass of port
Verdict: Back to where I was two days ago anyway - not expecting much of tomorrow though as I had lunch out today - did have a good walk round town as well, so we'll see . . .
