Day 167

Weight: 11 st 5 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.8 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 42 lbs in 166 days

Breakfast: 1 large sponge mince pie; mug of tea

Lunch: 1 bowl of cereal; mug of hot chocolate and cherry liqueur

Dinner: onion bhaji; saag paneer and chana massala, pilau rice and plain naan; 1.5 pints of cider; 3 glasses of wine

Verdict: Another static day, but again not too upset after all those pancakes yesterday - and of course today brought a Christmas curry and far too much to drink, so not expecting much of tomorrow either!
