Breakfast: 1 apricot mullerlight yoghurt
Lunch: carrot sticks and houmous; packet of baked crisps; cup of tea
Dinner: brie, tomato and basil baguette; diet coke; large glass of wine
Verdict: Well that didn't last long - spent most of today on a train as well (although did get an hour's walk in on my way to my meeting in London) - can but hope for better things tomorrow.
