Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 apricot mullerlight yoghurt; baked cheese and onion crisps; mug of hot chocolate and brandy; mince pie and greek yoghurt
Dinner: salmon and cous cous; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Well that's more in 2 days than I managed all last week - had a couple of small indulgences today, so we'll see if I can hang on to it tomorrow . . .
