Lunch: cream of tomato soup; bread roll and butter; hot chocolate
Dinner: potato wedges; vegetable pizza; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: More chocolate in work today, and stollen - then pizza and 'chips' for tea - don't think today's weight loss will be maintained somehow!
