Dinner: chicken curry; oat-bran galette; 1 vanilla and chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; rum and diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: Pleased with that - planning a big Sunday lunch tomorrow so may not end the week that well, but hopefully I've moved downwards in general . . .
