Weight: 11 st 5.6 lbs

Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea; somewhere between 6 and 8 roses chocolate

Lunch: broccoli and cauliflower cup-a-soup; 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt

Dinner: bread and marg; steamed salmon, broccoli and mayonnaise; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict:  Lots of chocolates in work - not good at resisting free chocolate.
