Breakfast: 1 large sponge mince pie; mug of tea
Lunch: mug of mushroom soup; hot chocolate and cherry liqueur
Dinner: prawn and vegetable cous cous; 1 cherry, vanilla and chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; rum and diet coke
Verdict: Not so good on the weight front - and indulged in that mince pie today - ah well, hopefully can make it back down to 13st 5lbs again next week!
