Day 162

Weight: 11 st 5.8 lbs
Weight loss: 0.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1 lb in 7 days (week 25)
Weight loss to date: 41.2 lbs in 161 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; packet of cheese and onion crisps; diet coke

Dinner: fish, chips and mushy peas; diet coke

Verdict:  Well 1lb is better than nothing . . . succumbed to fish and chips tonight, but didn't really enjoy them, too stodgy - ah well, don't expect I'll have lost anything tomorrow . . .
