Day 166

Weight: 11 st 5 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.8 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 42 lbs in 165 days

Breakfast: mug of tea

Lunch: mushroom soup; 1.5 bread rolls with spread; mug of hot chocolate and cherry liqueur

Dinner: 5 pancakes (with orange juice, and sugar, and honey, and sultanas); glass of squash; glass of port

Verdict: There's yesterday's cake for you.  Then today there were pancakes (lots of milk in the fridge that expired today).  Wasn't planning for any weight loss this week anyway : )
