Lunch: ryvita crackers and cheese; small slice of christmas cake; large quality street triangle; hot chocolate and cream liqueur
Dinner: salmon quiche, mashed potato, broccoli and cauliflower cheese; raspberry jelly and ice cream; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: On a positive note it was a slightly smaller weight gain than previously anyway. Goodies are gradually getting less as well.
