Day 177

Weight: 11 st 8.2 lbs
Weight gain: 1.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.2 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 38.8 lbs in 176 days

Breakfast: greek yoghurt and honey; 2 slices of toast, marg and vegemite; 1 clementine; mug of tea

Lunch: bread roll, cheese; swedish meat balls; egg; potatoes; cheese straws; chocolate biscuit; christmas pudding and cream; large glass of port

Dinner: bread roll and butter; salad; crackers; cheese; chocolate cherry cookie cake; southern comfort and lemonade

Verdict: Back to work tomorrow - unfortunately there's still goodies in the fridge - really looking forward to getting back to normal now!
