Weight: 11 st 6.8 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs

Weight loss to date: 40.2 lbs in 154 days

Breakfast: 1 peach and pineapple mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 apricot mullerlight yoghurt; mug of hot chocolate and brandy

Dinner: cold roast beef; mashed potato; carrots, cabbage, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn; rum and diet coke

Verdict: Pleased with that after yesterday's indulgence, not a bad week on the whole . . .
