Day 165

Weight: 11 st 4.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.2 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 42.4 lbs in 164 days

Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; slice of chocolate cake; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate and cherry liqueur

Dinner: beef casserole; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and hone; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict:  Not too upset with a static day, after pizza and chips last night.  Did have cake today.
