Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea; somewhere between 3 and 4 roses chocolates
Lunch: 6 ryvita crackers; cheese; condensed milk; mug of tea
Dinner: 2 bread rolls, marg and cheese; glass of squash
Verdict: Wasn't too upset with the weight gain - busy day with Christmas cooking so didn't actually have a proper dinner in the end, so not sure what that'll mean for weight loss tomorrow.
