Breakfast: 1 toffee mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate and brandy

Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat bran galette; glass of squash

Verdict: Another loss, could do with a good week this week!
