Day 120

Weight: 11 st 11 lbs
Weight loss: 0.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 4.8 lbs in 7 days (week 19)
Weight loss to date: 36 lbs in 119 days

Breakfast: 1 mini chocolate bar; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea; hot chocolate

Dinner: prawn and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; 1 mini chocolate bar; glass of squash

Verdict: Pleased with that - another good week and I'll be safely under the 12 stone mark.  Did indulge in a bit of halloween chocolate mind you . . .
