Day 121

Weight: 11 st 11.4 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.4 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 35.6 lbs in 120 days

Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 10 seafood sticks; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt

Dinner: parmentier potatoes; meatballs; salad; crisps; ice-cream; 2 glasses of wine

Verdict: Too much halloween chocolate obviously - or maybe just a blip - at any rate today ended with some major league indulgence so that's likely to show up on the scales in due course . . .  did walk a lot though!
