Lunch: salmon quiche; waldorf salad in yorkshire puds; ham wrap; mushroom pate; fruit salad, meringue and cream; orange juice
Dinner: chicken slices; 1 fat-free vanilla yoghurt; diet coke; hot chocolate and brandy

Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: broccoli and perl las soup; bread roll; 2 rich tea biscuits
Dinner: oven chips; courgette omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Didn't gain that much on my day away so pleased with that - did have stodgy dinner tonight though. Must be good tomorrow : )
